The Soaring Eagle 28×40 is a fully finished, turnkey log cabin offering 1,120 square feet of thoughtfully designed, single-story living space. The layout features two private bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a full kitchen that opens into a spacious living area designed for everyday comfort and functionality.

Large windows throughout the cabin bring in natural light and frame the surrounding views, creating a bright and inviting main living space. A handcrafted 12″ structural log post adds both character and support, anchoring the open-concept design while maintaining a clean, functional flow.

The layout is designed for practical, year-round living, with each bedroom positioned for privacy and convenient access to its own bathroom, making it well-suited for families, guests, or shared use.

Outdoors, full-length covered decks run along both sides of the cabin, providing generous space for relaxing, entertaining, or enjoying the surrounding landscape in any season.

Each cabin is built and finished in our Heron, Montana shop using quality materials, including circular sawn wood flooring and knotty pine tongue-and-groove ceilings. Interior and exterior stain colors, as well as chinking, are fully customizable to match your preferences. The cabin comes complete with kitchen, bathrooms, and electrical systems, ready for straightforward setup.

Customer Responsibilities
MSC provides a complete foundation plan ahead of delivery so your site can be fully prepped before the cabin arrives. The following site work is the responsibility of the customer:

• Foundation installation per the MSC-provided plan
• Septic system design and installation
• Electrical trenching and service hookup
• Sewer and drain trenching and connections
• Final utility hookups completed by a licensed plumber and electrician
• Appliances need to be purchased and installed by Customer.
