The Bison View 12×30 is a fully finished, turnkey log cabin offering 360 square feet of efficient, thoughtfully designed living space. The main floor includes a private bedroom, a 3/4 bathroom, and an open kitchen and living area, creating a practical layout for everyday use.

Large windows bring in natural light and help open up the main living space, while the layout maintains a clean and functional flow throughout the cabin. A wood stove anchors the living area, adding both comfort and character.

A ladder provides access to the loft above, where a bonus room sits alongside an open-to-below section framed by 6/12 log trusses. This space can be used as a sleeping area, storage, or a flexible retreat depending on your needs.

At the front of the cabin, a full-length covered deck runs 28 feet wide, offering a simple and usable outdoor space for relaxing or entertaining in any season.

Each cabin is built and finished in our Heron, Montana shop using quality materials, including circular sawn wood flooring and knotty pine tongue-and-groove ceilings. Interior and exterior stain colors, along with chinking, are fully customizable to match your preferences. The cabin comes complete with kitchen, bathroom, and electrical systems for straightforward setup.

Customer Responsibilities
MSC provides a complete foundation plan ahead of delivery so your site can be fully prepared. The following are handled by the customer:

  • Foundation installation per MSC-provided plan
  • Septic system design and installation
  • Electrical trenching and service hookup
  • Sewer and drain trenching and connections
  • Final utility hookups completed by licensed professionals
