The Arctic Fox 12×30 is a fully finished, turnkey log cabin offering 360 square feet of well-planned, efficient living space. The layout features a private bedroom, a full bathroom, and an open kitchen and living area designed for everyday comfort and functionality.

Multiple windows throughout the cabin bring in natural light, creating a bright and inviting main living space. The open layout makes efficient use of space while maintaining a comfortable flow between the kitchen, living area, and bedroom.

Above, a bonus loft (approximately 12′ × 12′) provides additional space for sleeping, storage, or flexible use, making it a practical addition to the cabin’s footprint.

Outdoors, the cabin includes both a 12′ × 12′ front deck and a 6′ × 30′ side deck, offering ample space for relaxing, entertaining, or enjoying the surrounding views.

Each cabin is built and finished in our Heron, Montana shop using quality materials, including circular sawn Douglas fir flooring and knotty pine tongue-and-groove ceilings. Interior and exterior stain colors, along with chinking, are fully customizable to match your preferences. The cabin comes complete with kitchen, bathroom, and electrical systems, ready for straightforward setup.

What’s Included

  • All interior systems pre-installed: plumbing and electrical
  • Foundation plan provided by MSC prior to delivery
  • Cabin set in place on your prepared foundation

Customer Responsibilities
MSC provides a complete foundation plan ahead of delivery so your site can be fully prepped before the cabin arrives. The following site work is the responsibility of the customer:

  • Foundation installation per the MSC-provided plan
  • Septic system design and installation
  • Electrical trenching and service hookup
  • Sewer and drain trenching and connections
  • Final utility hookups completed by a licensed plumber and electrician
